Would anyone be able to find z and explain how they did it? Thanks in advance.
never [62]
The answer is 29. If you look at the triangle on top of it, with the obtuse angle being 122 you can see that that triangle and DEF are the same. And because the degrees of a triangle is always 180 you can subtract 122 from 180:
 180
-122
That equals 58 and because there are two sides we need to divide 58 by 2:
58/2
this equals 29 so
z = 29

HELP- How do "ethnocentrism" and "Social Darwinism" influence Imperialism?
Anna71 [15]

Answer:

By extending their arguments to address entire nations, some social Darwinists justified imperialism on the basis that the imperial powers were naturally superior and their control over other nations was in the best interest of human evolution.

Ethnocentric: Imperial nations sometimes believed that their cultural values or beliefs were superior to other nations or groups. Imperial conquest, they believed, would bring successful culture to inferior people. Empires sought strategic territory to ensure access for their navies and armies around the world.

Which is an example of a civilian? 1 point A. a police officer at a concentration camp B. an Allied soldier C. a Nazi soldier D.
MA_775_DIABLO [31]

The civilian here is

D. Zoltán Farkas

Explanation:

In general the people whoa re working for and with the government and the army are not considered to be civilians.

The civilians are the ones that are not in stake of the government the police or the army and are not involved in the work of the state directly.

Thus, only the last options is left as that is a name of a person which can be lathered to a lot of people that is not clear who it is of.

But as it is a singular person that is to be a citizen and not other groups as they are not civilian.
