The independent (or manipulated)variable is something that the experimenter purposely changes or varies over the course of the investigation. The dependent (orresponding) variable is the one that is observed and likely changes in response to the independentvariable.
Answer: Solution 2 because the single substrate easily get transformed into products at the active site of any of the 100 enzymes.
Explanation:
Since Solution 1 has 1 enzyme to 100 substrate while Solution 2 has 100 enzyme to 1 substrate, catalysis of the single substrate to product will be greater in Solution 2 as the enzyme will compete to quickly transform the single substrate in its active site unlike solution 1 will 100 substrates taking more time.
An mRNA template is used to create a DNA strand.
Attached is the experiment details. I found the exercise on the internet.
The pigments of the algae, according to the experiment, absorb the most strongly around the violet-blue and red parts of the spectrum and so photosynthesis is the most efficient when the algae are under such wave lengths. The results were that more oxygen-seeking bacteria gathered around the algae that were under such wave length because there were more production of oxygen.
If the pigments were now to absorb most strongly around the 500 nm to 560 nm, the bacteria would gather the most around the algae under such wavelegth (green light).
