Go to a pharmacy and then tell them that you have a cavity<span> that needs </span>filling<span>. They will give you </span>fillings<span> in tubes and a metal object to help put it in place. You can use the instructions on the back of your package to help you, and your tooth should be filled until it needs to be removed by a dentist if necessary. Well if you already have the silver stuff on your tooth the only way to get it out is if your tooth falls out or if the stuff scrapes off...or you could just lower the amount of sugar intake you have.
