Answer:  D) Number of yards Jerry cuts; 0 ≤ x ≤ 10

Step-by-step explanation:

Here the given function that describes the total profit,

y = 15 x - 10

Where x represents the number of lawns Jerry cut in a week.

But, Depending homework and chores, he has time to cut at most 10 lawns a week.

Thus, x ≤ 10

Also, the number of lawns can not be negative.

Therefore, x ≥ 0

And, the value of x will decide the domain of the function y,

Thus, the domain of the given function is,

0 ≤ x ≤ 10

⇒ Option D is correct.

In a recent year, certain colleges and universities received about $268 million in aid. Ten years later, they received about $94
topjm [15]
D) 65% decrease.

I worked it out by: 268 mill - 94 mill (calculating the difference in money)
then divided that by the original 268 mill, to finally get 0.64925....

And since the money is decreasing, it is a 65% decrease.

Hope this helps, and I think it should be right - but maybe double check in case :)
