So for the first qu you basically want to find  the distance the train travels each minute, so for

3mins : 9km

therefore

1min : 3km

basically divide 9 by 3

then the train travels 27km, how long does it take?

if 3km = 1min

then 27/3 = 9

so it takes the train 9 minutes

Then for the second qu you'll do the same thing

2ppl : $16

so one person : 16/2

so 1 person costs $8

so for 8 ppl you multiply 8 by 10

8ppl : $80
