Soil erosion and sedimentation are decreased during biomass crop growth.

The use of biomass energy can improve water quality by the decrease in soil erosion and sedimentation. When we use energy from biomass, we certainly need biomass and we get most of this biomass from the wastes of crops therefore there is a need of planting more crops. By planting crops, soil erosion and sedimentation is decreased because plants hold the soil and prevent it from washing away with water.

In the reaction, A → Products, the rate constant is 3.6 × 10−4 s−1. If the initial concentration of A is 0.548 M, what will be t
Arada [10]

Answer:

        \large\boxed{\large\boxed{0.529M}}

Explanation:

Since the rate constant has units of s⁻¹, you can tell that the order of the reaction is 1.

Hence, the rate law is:

       r=d[A]/dt=-k[A]

Solving that differential equation yields to the well known equation for the rates of a first order chemical reaction:

      [A]=[A]_0e^{-kt}

You know [A]₀, k, and t, thus you can calculate [A].

       [A]=0.548M\times e^{-3.6\cdot 10^{-4}/s\times99.2s}

       [A]=0.529M

A student weighs 0.347 g of KHP on a laboratory balance. The KHP was titrated with NaOH and the concentration of the NaOH determ
V125BC [204]

Answer:

Following are the solution to the given question:

Explanation:

Each method through KHP is somewhat more precise since we have weighed that requisite quantity, we exactly know the KHP intensity appropriately. Its initial 6 M HCl concentration was never considered mandatory. They have probably prepared 6 M HCl solution although long ago and could have changed its concentration over even a period.

Azithromycin suspension dosing is 10 mg/kg/d and is available in 200mg/5ml doses. how many ml would a 25kg child receive daily?
bekas [8.4K]
The answer to this question is 6.25ml

To answer this question, you need to calculate the azithromycin drug doses for this patient. The calculation would be: 25kg * 10mg/kg/d= 250mg/d

Then multiply the doses with the available drug. It would be:
250 mg/d / (200mg/5ml)= 6.25ml/d

What is the percent yield if 0.3 mol ba(no3)2 and 0.25 mol na3po4 react to produce 0.095 mol ba3(po4)2?
Lyrx [107]
The chemical reaction is expressed as:

3Ba(NO3)2 + 2Na3PO4 = Ba3(PO4)2 + 6NaNO3

To determine the percent yield, we need to determine the theoretical yield of the reaction from the given amounts of the reactants. We do as follows:

0.3 mol 3Ba(NO3)2 ( 2 mol Na3PO4 / 3 mol Ba(NO3)2) = 0.2 mol Na3PO4

Therefore, the limiting reactant would be Ba(NO3)2 since it is consumed completely in the reaction.

Theoretical yield = 0.3 mol 3Ba(NO3)2 ( 1 mol Ba3(PO4)2 / 3 mol Ba(NO3)2) = 0.1 mol Ba3(PO4)2

Percent yield = actual yield / theoretical yield = 0.095 mol Ba3(PO4)2 / 0.1 mol Ba3(PO4)2 x 100 = 95%
