16x^2+24x+9=(4x)^2+2(4x)(3)+3^2=(4x+3)^2=(4x+3)(4x+3)

16x^2+24x+9=16x^2+12x+12x+9=4x(4x+3)+3(4x+3)\\\\=(4x+3)(4x+3)

Why cant exponents be added in the product 12 to the 3rd power times 11 to the 3rd power
adell [148]
Remember
(x^m)(x^n)=x^{m+n}

the key is that the base is the same

(12³)(11³) cannot be added

you have to understand how exponents work
12³=12*12*12
11³=11*11*11
so

if we had (12³)(11³), that is equal to 12*12*12*11*11*11
if we tried to add the expoennts, we would get 6, but would it be 12⁶ or 11⁶?
neither

so that's why the exponents can't be added, it's because they have different bases. we need to have the same base to add exponents

What is the measure of <4?
frez [133]

Answer:

25 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

Angles 4 and 6 are supplementary angles since they as same side interior angles for parallel lines cut by a transversal. This means angle 4 + angle 6 = 180. If angle 6 is 155 then angle 4 must be 25 degrees
