Dante shows the importance of astronomy, that is why his universe is orderly.He makes references to astronomical matters in the Divine Comedy.He presents the universe in a way  Aristotle saw as natural as he also described the Earth as corruptible and feeble.He ordered the planets leaving the Earth in the center and Hell as far as possible from Heaven.
