Which statement can best be concluded from the ideal gas law? The product of pressure and volume of an ideal gas is proportional

to the absolute temperature. All collisions between atoms or molecules are perfectly elastic and are not the result of any attractive forces. The temperature, pressure, and volume of a gas are all related. The behavior of a gas under real conditions does not obey the ideal gas law.

Answer: Option (a) is the correct answer.

Explanation:

According to the ideal gas law, product of pressure and volume is directly proportional to the product of number of moles and absolute temperature.

Mathematically,         PV \propto nT

or,                        PV = nRT

where,            P = pressure

                       V = volume

                       n = number of moles

                       R = gas constant

                       T = absolute temperature

Therefore, we can conclude that the statement product of pressure and volume of an ideal gas is proportional to the absolute temperature, can best be concluded from the ideal gas law.

What is irrigation?Describe two methods of irrigation which conserve water
MA_775_DIABLO [31]

The process of watering the crops is called irrigation.

Any two methods of irrigation are:

(i) Sprinkler system:

This system is used on the uneven land where less water is available. The perpendicular pipes, having rotating nozzles on top, are joined to the main pipeline at regular intervals. Water is allowed to flow through main pipe under pressure, which escapes from the rotating nozzles. In this way water gets sprinkled on the crop.

(ii) Drip irrigation:

This system is used to save water as it allows the water to flow drop by drop at the roots of the plants. It is the best technique for watering fruit plants, gardens and trees. Water is not wasted at all.

Describe how wind, water, ice and gravity move soil through erosion below.
PLEASE ANSWER!!!! :D
8_murik_8 [283]

Answer:

Most erosion is performed by liquid water, wind, or ice (usually in the form of a glacier). If the wind is dusty, or water or glacial ice is muddy, erosion is taking place. The brown color indicates that bits of rock and soil are suspended in the fluid (air or water) and being transported from one place to another. This transported material is called sediment.

What type of reaction happens when a base is mixed with a liquid?
miskamm [114]

Answer:

When mixing a base with a liquid, an acid-based reaction.

Explanation:

When an acid and a base are placed together, they react to neutralize the acid and base properties, producing a salt. The H(+) cation of the acid combines with the OH(-) anion of the base to form water.
