What are the reasons that people say international aid to Africa is doing more harm than good? What are some alternatives to sending international aid to African governments? (Make sure to answer both questions, should be at least 4-5 sentences)

I think its because most of the people that say that have never been to Africa. And they dont know what they are talking about. If you went to Africa you would understand.
