The answer here would be A.

Reasoning:

A -Department of Labor: The United States Department of Labor is a cabinet-level department of the U.S. federal government responsible for occupational safety, wage and hour standards, unemployment insurance benefits, reemployment services, and some economic statistics; many U.S. states also have such departments.

B -Department of Revenue: Federal agency responsible for handling revenue generated from the taxation of citizens and businesses. This agency is also responsible for the collection of a wide variety of taxes. Each state has its own department of revenue that collects local and state taxes.

C - Public Service Commission: In the United States, a utilities commission, utility regulatory commission, public utilities commission, or public service commission is a governing body that regulates the rates and services of a public utility.

D - Department of Economic Development: sales and marketing arm, the lead agency for attracting new business investment, encouraging the expansion of existing industry and small businesses, aligning workforce education and training with in-demand jobs, locating new markets for Georgia products, attracting tourists to Georgia, and promoting the state as a destination for arts and location for film, music and digital entertainment projects, as well as planning and mobilizing state resources for economic development.

How were the three regions of the country divided economically, politically,
GalinKa [24]
The two sides of the debate over slavery were divided between the two main sections of the United States; the North and South. Many Northerners viewed slavery as evil and wrong and some were involved in the abolitionist movement. The North did not obey fugitive slave laws because they said they were cruel and inhumane. No states in the North allowed slavery and the North and the abolitionists who lived there harbored fugitive slaves and helped them escape to Canada along the Underground Railroad. In the South, on the other hand, the people said that slavery was necessary to their way of life even though the majority of southerners did not even own slaves. Those who did own slaves, said slavery was good for the slaves because they were cared for in every way and given a job and that slavery was good for the slave owners because it allowed southern whites to achieve a high level of culture.
