According to a report, 67.5% of murders are committed with a firearm. (a) If 200 murders are randomly selected, how many wou
kolezko [41]

Answer: The answer is 135 murders.

Step-by-step explanation: The report tells us that statistically 67.5% of murders are committed using a firearm. It follows therefore that in a sample of 200 randomly selected murders, one would expect that 67.5% of those would be by a firearm. \frac{67.5}{100} * 200 = 135.

It would certainly be higher that the expected value based on previous data collected but it would not be unusual because one sample may have a higher than "normal" amount of murders by firearm. Statistics aren't going to be exact for every sample.

Pls help ME PLSSSSS!!!!!!
Scilla [17]

(a) the interquartile range

Would be 72 - 88

the med would be 84

(b) I may be wrong but my guess would be

88% above all the seasons because the scale that was shown went to 100 and that would cause each win to be 1%. the bottom would have to equal out to 12% because that is what we would need to make it equal out to 100.

Hope this helps

99 Points!

Simple...

you have:

1.) Find the slope of the line using (-2,1) and (3,6)

Using \frac{ y_{1}-  y_{2} }{ x_{1} - x_{2}  }

\frac{1-6}{-2-3} = \frac{-5}{-5}

m=1 (slope)

2.)Tell whether the equation, 8y+3=5x+3, is a direct variation.

y=\frac{5x}{8} (None)

3.)What is the slope and y-intercept of the graph of the equation y=2x+3?

Slope =2

y-intercept=3

C.

Thus, your answer.

What is the range of the function graphed below?
Fynjy0 [20]

Answer:

-3<y<=3 or B

Step-by-step explanation:

first we find the smallest y value which is -3

then we find the largest y vlaue which is three

so since there is an open circle at negative three we do not include it while at three we do.

so the answer would be -3<x<=3

if my answer helps please mark as brainliest.
