Have there own emergency kit for there own preparation. With reinforced windows and doors. A generator for if the power goes out. And a little news radio or your phone to hear the current conditons. I lived in florida and this is how we prepared and houses were built with stronger windows from what i understood but if not they where addons.

Is when a neutral stimulus becomes associated with an innately meaningful stimulus and acquires the capacity to elicit a similar
MAXImum [283]

Classical conditioning is a learning process in which a neutral stimulus becomes associated with an innately meaningful stimulus and acquires the capacity to elicit a similar response --> It is a form of respondent behavior.

What is the neutral stimulus that becomes the conditioned stimulus ?

A neutral stimulus becomes a conditioned stimulus when it is coupled with an unconditioned stimulus. After several exposures to both the neutral stimulus and the unconditioned stimulus at the same time, the neutral stimulus will begin to elicit what is known as a conditioned response.

 • The period of time required for a neutral stimulus to transform into a conditioned stimulus is known as the acquisition phase. During this stage, the organism develops the capacity to couple or connect the unconditioned effect with the conditioned stimulus, converting the effect into a conditioned stimulus.
