HIV, The so-called Human Immunodeficiency Virus is a virus that causes AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome)
HIV attacks and damages the immune systems. 
This virus infects most of the cells and uses it as a source for constant multiplication. Due to this, the infected cells ability is destroyed and therefore they cannot perform their respective jobs in the immune system
