It sounds like it is either sprained or fractured. You should try to ask your mom, but tell her it is serious. I recommend keeping the ice pack on the foot, to keep the swelling down. But also that sucks. Sounds like a bad day.  If your foot still hurts you should try to tell your mom, but tell her you probably need a doctor.
