The health triangle includes mental health, physical health and social health. This triangle is essential in maintaining a person's overall health and fitness. If a person is physically healthy, he will be able to do all tasks himself. He will be in good health conditions. He is likely to have less hospital visits. Similarly, if a person is mentally healthy, he will be able to do his job efficiently and stress free. He will be more positive towards different things in life. He will be able to take better decisions. In the same way he must be socially healthy as well. It means he must have interaction with the people in his society. This will help him in creating positive energy inside him and give him a sense of overall security.
These 3 aspects are important except Environmental Health.
