whole grains, fruits and vegetables are the examples of benign food . you can write about noodle, sushi or rice too if you want. nuts, seeds, beans, fish, eggs, milk, water or tofu are good choice too. Some one may be allergic to some food, but that do not mean the food is not healthy.
