Also, from the same table, there are 2.6g dietary fibre in 173g of Baker and fresh only potatoes

So, the number of grams of fiber are in the potato with skin than the potato with flesh only is given as 4.2g - 2.6g

4.2 - 2.6 = 1.6g.
