Are you able to expand everything first? from there you would be able to combine line terms. basically if you have 3x+2x it would combine to 5x because they have x in them.

2(x/2 -5)-3/2(x+7/4)
= x-10-3x/2-21/8
Then we,combine like terms;
= -x/2-101/8
Then, take out -1/2 to simply the equation.

= -1/2(x+101/4)

The volume of which shapes can be found using the formula V = Bh?
Crazy boy [7]

Answer:

Triangular pyramid and Rectangular prism

Step-by-step explanation:

There are several different uses of the formula V = BH. For example, we used the formula V = BH for a cylinder, a rectangular prism, and a triangular pyramid. But be careful! All of the elements in the formulas don't mean the same! I really hope this helps you a bit!

Mary made $176 for 11 hours of work at the same rate, how much would she make for 8 hours of work?
defon
$128

We have the rate “$176 for 11 hours of work”
Find the unit rate of dollars per hour by:
Divide 176 ÷ 11 = 16
UNIT RATE: $16 per hour

Now find how much dollars for 8 hours by:
Multiply 16 • 8 = 128

FINAL ANSWER:Mary would earn $128 for 8 hours of work

The region bounded by the given curve is rotated about the specified axis. Find the volume V of the resulting solid by any metho
GalinKa [24]
X^2+(y-2)^2=4 is a circle centered at (0,2) with radius 2.
Thus, when you rotate it around the y-axis (around x=0),
you get a sphere with radius 2.

((which is centered at (x,y,z)=(0,2,0), if you take y to be
the vertical axis ... not that you need to know this for volume))

Volume of a sphere formula: V = (4/3)πr^3.
