Buddha said the life is ruled by Four Noble Truths and following the Eightfold Path, people could end the stuffing of their lives. The Buddha said people should live by the Eightfold Path which were meant to represent a Middle Way of living for Buddhists. This was of life was meant to be neither too strict nor too easy.
