Answer: When a person has a hearing disability, you should <em>speak in a normal time and make sure that your lips are visible</em>. The correct answer is A.  Many people with hearing disabilities can read lips as long as you speak in normal tones and not rapidly or over exaggerated. There is no need to wait for an interpreter unless the hearing impaired person can't understand anything you are saying to them.
