A law maker's voting record is important for the purpose of trace-ability. This also keeps track of his record during his time in congress. The record can be a basis of his credibility when passing laws to congress. This will reflect which programs he's supporting and may predict which he will support in the future.   <span />

When we look at other peoples' behavior, we tend to overestimate the _____ and underestimate the _____.
Lana71 [14]
When we look at other peoples' behavior, we tend to overestimate the dispositional and underestimate the situational. The situation represented in the task is an example of fundamental attribution error. To explain particular state or situation of  another person people take some internal characterisrics of an opponent as a basis, creating deep analysis which is quite critically. And when they have to estimate their situation they take external factors as a basis, paying less attention.
