Include at least one primary and secondary source in your essay to support your explanations. Also, use techniques such as vivid language or character dialogue to make your narrative more interesting. ( it doesnt have to be long as long as it answers whats in the first sentence)

There are several examples that you might use in order to answer this question.

If you are a girl, you can discuss how nowadays, you are able to attend school in the same way that boys do, even pursuing a university degree. This was not common in past centuries, and it has had a large impact on the lives of women.

Another example would be being able to chose your future profession. In the past, many children were expected to pursue the same profession as their parents, and they were not allowed to decide what they wanted to do.

Finally, a third example would be the fact that it is socially acceptable to remain single or to not have children. Knowing that this is acceptable can influence your life positively by removing anxiety and by ensuring you only get married or have children if you really want to do so.
