Answer:

The correct answer is letter "C": the employees perceive the outcome as negative.

Explanation:

Procedural fairness requires high-rank executives to make decisions without showing any preference. In the labor field, given the case that during a process of change the employees see the results as nonproductive, procedural fairness comes into place to find out what is bothering the employees and if there is a way to change it, to implement it for the good of the organization.

Nostrana [21]

Answer:

$(24,500)

Explanation:

Considering Alternative A

Given the following associated cost;

Materials costs = $44,000

Processing costs = $40,600

Equipment rental = $14,200

Occupancy costs = $16,300

Total cost = $44,000 + $40,600 +  $14,200 + $16,300

                 = $115,100

Considering Alternative B

Given the following associated cost;

Materials costs = $60,800

Processing costs = $40,600

Equipment rental = $14,200

Occupancy costs = $24,000

Total cost = $60,800 + $40,600 +  $14,200 + $24,000

                 = $139,600

Financial advantage (disadvantage) of Alternative B over Alternative A

= $115,100 - $139,600

= $(24,500)

HELP ME PLEASE I WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST!!!
Sav [38]

Answer:

I beleive this one would be a bit of a matter of opinion when it comes down to it, but personally I would call it a bit unethical.

Explanation:

Escpecially when it comes to something like medication, it feels unethical to be advertising yourself as the only brand that will work. In my mind unique selling proposition would be focusing on what differentiates your product from others (example, my product can provide 48 hour vs other brands that only offer 24 hour) Simply stating their brand is the only solution feels unethical and does not provide ample evidence of this claim to customers in my opinion. I don't think it would be considered illegal, but in my mind its tiptoeing the line of ethics.
