Answer:
None
Explanation:
The Antarctic Circle, unlike the Arctic Circle, does not officially pass through any country. This is due in part to the lack of land masses at extreme southern latitudes, but also because no country can lay claim to Antarctic per the terms of the Antarctic Treaty.
On the Antarctic continent, the polar circle passes through territory claimed by France, Chile, Great Britain, Argentina and Australia, but none of these are official or recognized claims.

Answer for first picture:
#1 = 43 degrees #2= 38 degrees
#3= 27 degrees #4= 45 degrees
Explanation for first picture:
All the angles are right angles. This means they all will equal 90 degrees! so if you take 90 degrees and subtract the one known angle you will have your answer! :)
Answer for 2nd picture:
#1 = X= 70 Y= 110
#2 = X= 102 Z= 102
#3 = X= 83 Y= 194
#4 = Y= 37 Z= 143
Explanation for second picture:
When you have angles like these the total will equal 360 degrees! look at the first pic, it shows 110 degrees, you also know that the angle across of it is equal to it. so together it equals 220 now subtract 360 - 220. you get 140. since you have two angles to figure out, you divide 140 into two. 140 / 2 = 70 degrees! you do the same steps for the rest of the problems!
( i am sorry for the bad explaining!)
The group of people forming a new country should have somewhat a large amount of people, a wide variety of jobs to offer in the area, and an army/militia powerful enough to at least defend itself. It must also be regarded to other countries as an actual country, or else it is not one. Some of the complications that could occur when forming a new country is the acceptance of other countries. If no other country actually accepts it as it's own nation, it is not a nation to the eyes of others, meaning it it not a country. More complications would be land, as you should have a formidable amount of it, and again, it would not make it a real country. Another is simply not having a powerful enough army. Although many other countries have weak armies, if you were to start off a country with one, it would not be a "country".
