  Before I star to explain my answer, I am talking about where I live nowadays. I live in Brazil and here, according to statistcs from Estadão sites and G1.com sites, about 1.3 milion peope's lives are affected by driving a motor vehicle. According to g1.globo.com, aproximately 5 people died in traffic accidents in Brazil per hour. That was the reason I answer letter A considering all countries in the World or maybe some countries which have the largest economic and development poles. If you consider only one country, the answer must be letter C, per month.
