1. Prioritize

Most people take a lot of time doing things that are not a priority at that particular moment thus lowering the productivity.   When you prioritize each assignment, you will not only have an easy time solving the important issues but will also ensure that  you get your issues solved on time. When you teach yourself how to prioritize your work, you will greatly save time that you would have otherwise used to do tasks that are not important.

2. Create time management goals

Remember the focus on time management is actually changing your behavior not changing time. You should teach your employees on how to eliminate time waster. For instance, you can challenge them to set a goal of not taking personal call while working and see who much time they will save. By helping your employees create time management goals, you will help them be more productive and efficient in service delivery.

3. Keep a log

When you first begin to teach yourself time management, keep a log for a week of everything that you do throughout the day, then analyze the log that you have kept and look for any time that was wasted each day .If you then help to keep that wasted time to a minimal level, then you can greatly help yourself to use that time to do something useful.

* Make a To-Do List every day

* Use spare minutes wisely

* It’s okay to say “No”

* Find the time when you do your best work

* Review your notes every day

* Get a good night’s sleep

* Communicate your schedule to others

* Become a taskmaster

* Don’t waste time worrying

* Determine your priorities

A sociological and communications framework for examining the long-term effects of media, particularly television, cultivation theory. It suggests that people who watch media a lot for a long time are more likely to see the world's social realities as they are shown in the media they watch, which has an effect on their attitudes and actions.

Development hypothesis was first made by teacher George Gerbner during the 1960s; In 1976, Gerbner and Larry Gross improved upon it. In 1973, Gerbner came up with his paradigm for mass communication, which consisted of three types of analysis: Institutional process analysis is the first type of analysis, and it examines the institutions that support and distribute the content in question. Message system analysis is the second kind of analysis. The purpose of message system analysis is to determine the content of message patterns in media and television. The cultivation analysis is the third type of analysis. It is defined as longitudinal surveys of people's opinions on particular subjects, with levels of media reception, like watching television, as the key variable. The Cultivation Theory is the name given to this analysis.
