The right answer is A. The chaos caused by the demand for slaves prevented talented individuals from participating in the culture and economy of Africa.

The chaos generated for almost 4 centuries of slavery marked profoundly, every aspect of Africa. Studies show that dozens of millions of Africans were forced to this trade, culminating in political structures severely damaged. Talented individuals were dissolved in the enslaved wave that took control of the continent between the 15th to the 19th century.  It is estimated that the population of Africa remained stagnant until the end of the nineteenth century. Social relations were restructured and traditional values were subverted.

geniusboy [140]

Answer:

Reason For Conflict

Explanation:

There were two reasons as to why there was conflict between science and the Roman Catholic Church. One reason was that scientific ideas contradicted with Church teachings. The second reason was that if people were to contradict with the Church teachings, they weakened the Church.

The Scientific Revolution was a series of events that marked the emergence of modern science during the early modern period, when developments in mathematics, physics, astronomy, biology (including human anatomy) and chemistry transformed the views of society about nature.

8. I think this statement about world poverty is an opinion rather than a fact: Poor nations should take steps to restrict their population growth to ease demands on limited resources. The word "should" leads me to the conclusion that this statement is kinda advice. And this is correct advice as it's one of the ways to reduce the level of poverty.
