  • According to Fleming right hand rule <em><u>when the right hand is held such that the first two fingers and thumb are held perpendicularly;</u></em> the first finger points the direction of the magnetic field while the second finger points the direction of current, then the thumb will experience.
  • Therefore, <em><u>changing the direction of current will result to the force deflecting the wire to be perpendicular to the magnetic field but in the opposite direction.</u></em>
