I believe the answer is:

The Soviet Union and the United States did not go to war but acted aggressively toward each other.

This act was commonly known as the cold war. The conflict was being done through battle of ideologies and scientific advancement rather than an actual battle.

The Soviet Union tried to control Berlin through a blockade, but the United States got around it.

In the end, the People of Germany decided to destroy the Berlin wall, marking the unification of East and west Germany.

Did James Madison fight in the French and Indian war and if so, what was his role ?
Phantasy [73]

An advocate for a strong federal government, the Virginia-born Madison composed the first drafts of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights and earned the nickname “Father of the Constitution.” In 1792, Madison and Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826) founded the Democratic-Republican Party, which has been called America’s first opposition political party. When Jefferson became the third U.S. president, Madison served as his secretary of state. In this role, he oversaw the Louisiana Purchase from the French in 1803. During his presidency, Madison led the U.S. into the controversial War of 1812 (1812-15) against Great Britain. After two terms in the White House, Madison retired to his Virginia plantation, Montpelier, with his wife Dolley (1768-1849).

Wewaii [24]

The reason why Stephen Austin moved with 300 families to the west and to be more specific to Texas is because Austin sold 307 parcels to 297 grantees, because the one that they had before purchasing the new parcels, were not enough for them. And the only way to continue was moving with him, today this fact is known as the "The Old 300"
