You would know whether an organism is unicellular or multicellular ,becuase single celled organisms are unicellular because uni means one,and organisms that have a lot of cells are multicellular multi means many.

Multicellular organisms can be much larger and more complex. This is because the cells of the organism have specialised into many different types of cells such as nerve cells, blood cells, muscle cells all performing different functions.

What is the likelihood of a cell firing determined by ?
Veronika [31]

The likelihood of a cell firing is typically determined by adding both the excitatory and inhibitory synaptic input.

What is a cell?

A cell can be defined as the fundamental functional, structural and smallest unit of life, which is found within the body of an organism.

Generally, the likelihood of a cell firing is typically determined by adding both the excitatory and inhibitory synaptic input. Thus, the net sum of the excitatory and inhibitory synaptic input would determine whether or not a cell fires.
