Simora [160]

Answer:

The darkness figuratively symbolizes ignorance

Explanation:

From the book, The Allegory of the Cave, the author used certain allegories to show the meaning of certain things.

Plato wrote The Allegory of the Cave to describe certain people who have lived their lives chained to a wall of a cave while staring at a blank wall.

It is described that it was likened to a philosopher who was freed from a cave and finds out that the shadows on the wall are imaginary.

Explanation:

A slippery slope argument involves an acceptance of a succession of events without direct evidence that this course of events will happen.

Basically in the one I put the author tries to say that any kid that fails their tests and isn't accepted to their dream college etc will drop out and suffer from low self esteem but he shows no direct evidence to prove this.
