Scarcity means the state of being scarce or in short supply; shortage. Scarcity also means there aren't enough resources to go around. This is because of infinite needs and wants, but we only have a finite amount of resources. Hope this helps :)

During the morning, the air is generally cold, and during the day due to the rise in temperature, certain layers of air become warm, which then begin to rise and pass through the surrounding, cooler layers. Thus, the said condensation process takes place.
