Sleeping is very effective in solidifying the memories that we have in a day. Sleeping would allow the memory function of the brain to strengthen which would allow her to remember more of what she is studying. Also, it promotes creative thinking. From recent researches, it was found that sleep would help retain information and enabling people to be better in performing tasks that requires memory.  During sleep, our body rejuvenates and restore.
