The reaction rate dropped because THE OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE OF THE ENZYME HAS BEEN EXCEEDED.
Each enzyme has the specific temperature and other conditions at which they act best, this is called their optimum condition. When the condition in a reacting system is below or above the optimum conditions of an enzyme, the activity of the enzyme will be reduced.<span />

Aleksandr-060686 [28]

Normal, clean rain has a pH value of between 5.0 and 5.5, which is slightly acidic. However, when rain combines with sulfur dioxide or nitrogen oxides—produced from power plants and automobiles—the rain becomes much more acidic. Typical acid rain has a pH value of 4.0.

What data will you collect each time you add each serum to a patient’s blood?
sattari [20]
The data you will collect is the blood phenotype.By adding serums that each contains a particular antibody such as anti-A, anti-B, or anti-D ...  to see if there's an agglutination with erythrocytes' antigen and the antibodies, proving the presence of the appropriate antigen in the blood.

This will help to confirm the blood grouping if this technique is done in parallel with the plasma test ( of Simonin-Michon).
