The difference in wavelength of light causes a light wave to produce blue color and another light wave to produce red color.

Explanation:

Light is considered to be a part of electromagnetic spectrum. Light experiences variation in wavelength which causes it to have different colors.

A light with blue color has the shortest wavelength while a light with red color has longest wavelength.

Human eyes can not see all wavelengths of light. Visible light wavelength is the only kind which we can detect.

Changing a wavelength will result in change in color of that light ray.

Color of an object depends on the the light that it reflects.

Visible light can be a small part of the electromagnetic spectrum but other ranges of wavelengths also occur. Such patterns are known as colors. Red light is on one side of the spectrum, with the longest wavelength. The shortest wavelength is of blue or violet color. White light is a blend of all colors in the spectrum. Wavelength  interval of red light is ~ 700–635 nm while blue light range ~ 490–450 nm and is considered main difference between such light waves.

A maize plant with genotype Aa Bb produces the following gametes 100 Ab 45 AB 106 aB 50 ab This tells us that the two genes are
bogdanovich [222]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

The linkage relation of two genes can be determined on the basis of calculating recombination frequency.

If the recombination frequency value is greater than 50% then the genes are not linked and if the value is less than 50% then the genes are linked.

In the given question, the  crossover gametes formed will be Ab = 100

and aB= 106.

Therefore,

\dfrac{recombinant\ progenies}{ Total\ progeny}\times 100\\\\\dfrac{100 +106}{100+106+45+50}\times 100\\\\=\dfrac{206}{301}\times 100\\\\= 68.43\%

Since the recombinant frequency value is larger than 50% therefore the genes do not show linkage.

Thus, True is the correct answer.

posledela
<span>The appropriate justification of this is that B. As hydrilla is aquatic in nature, the roots do not have to search for minerals, and there is no need for xylem to absorb nutrients because the plant is surrounded by water that has dissolved nutrients in it. </span>

IrinaK [193]
Earth has a lower average temperature than the moon. Although, some might think that the earth has a higher average temperature because the earth is hot. Yet, the moon has far more avaerage temperature than the earth because the earths atmosphere blocks the suns radiation from directly hiting it. Also, the moon doesn't have a atmosphere to keep away the suns radiation.
