This is from the movie the matrix. Majority of the fights were in slow motion, so it can show off the stunts all the actors had done, and what's going, and to show off the skill of the fighters. Slow motion, though not effective for a lot of movies, works for this one greatly as with how the movie is seen, the slow motion gives a hint to of more action, though slowed down.
