WARRIOR [948]

Answer:

The range of values likely to contain the true value of the population parameter is between 44% and 52%.

Step-by-step explanation:

Confidence interval concepts:

A confidence interval has two bounds, a lower bound and an upper bound.

These bounds are dependent of the sample mean and of the margin of error.

The lower bound is the sample mean subtracted by the margin of error, while the upper bound is the margin of error added to the sample mean.

The confidence interval is likely to contain the true value of the population parameter.

In this question:

Sample mean: 48%

Margin of error: 4%

48 - 4 = 44%

48 + 4 = 52%

The range of values likely to contain the true value of the population parameter is between 44% and 52%.

lidiya [134]
2 digit meaning that it has 2 numbers. For example, 66 is a two digit number.
Now, they also said it must be prime, meaning that its factors can only be 1 and itself.
Also, it must be odd.

Answer:  67

Now, do the same, except the number must be composite, as meaning that it has other factors.

6% of it is 27<br> I need help. Someone please give me a explanation of how to do this.
Ghella [55]

Answer:

You take 6% of a number and the resulting number is 27.

To do this you need to change the percent into a fraction.

6% = 6/100

This is the number you need to multiply to the number you need to find, A.

6/100 A = 27

Solve for x

6 A = 27x100

A= 2700/6

A = 450

Check your answer:

6/100 (A) = 27

6/100 (450) = 27

(6x450) /100 = 27

2700 / 100 = 27

27 = 27

If the perimeter of the triangle is 73 mm, find the value of x.
Dmitry_Shevchenko [17]

Answer:

27 mm

Step-by-step explanation:

The perimeter of the triangle is the sum of all sides lengths. In given triangle

first side has the length of 11 mm, the second side has the length of 35 mm.

If the perimeter is 73 mm, then

73=11+35+x,\\ \\ x+46=73,\\ \\x=73-46,\\ \\x=27\ mm.
