Answer:

Mendel is known as the father of genetics. He explained the law of segregation by the monohybrid cross. The monohybrid cross involves the cross of a single trait at a time.

Law of segregation explains that at the time of formation of gametes, the allele pairs get separated from the pairs of trait. The concept of dominance was also explained. The traits that express itself even in the heterozygous condition is known as dominant trait (T). The trait that can not express itself is known as recessive trait (t).

For example:

Parents TT        ×       tt.   (Laws of segregation)

Gamete   T                  t

F1 generation  Tt.

Selfing of F1 generation

Tt       ×        Tt

Offspring :   TT (tall) , Tt (tall) , Tt (tall) , tt (dwarf).

The phenotypic ratio is tall : dwarf (3 : 1)

In which structure are subunits of ribosomes manufactured? golgi apparatusendoplasmic reticulumflagellanucleolusperoxisomes
Maksim231197 [3]

The structure that are subunits of ribosomes manufactured in the nucleolus, inside the nucleus.

In eukaryotes the ribosomes are produced and assembled in the nucleolus. Here, the ribosomal proteins enters the nucleolus and combines with new four ribosomal RNA strand and create the two ribosomal subunit one is larger subunit 60s and another is smaller subunit 40s.

Then the ribosomes are connected by the 12 molecular bridges and both unit overlap to form 80s ribosome. The assembly of the ribosomes also took place in the nucleolus. Now the ribosomes undergoes the translation, formation of proteins.

HELPPP!!! What would the mass of an artificial cell containing 20mL of a 25% sugar solution be after it was placed in a beaker c
zaharov [31]

Answer: The sugar will move from the 50 % concentration to the 0 % concentration.

Explanation:

Dialysis is an analytical technique which uses a semipermeable membrane in order to remove the impurities from the body.

This technique is used when the kidney failure inside the body takes place. The kidney inside the body perform function of filtration, when kidney failure takes place then the dialysis is used.

In this case the tubing bag containing 0% sugar is put into a sugar solution having 50% solution.

After sometime the sugar will move from 50 % to 0% bag because of the phenomenon known as osmosis.
