Number total of Male students: M=120+100+130+150→M=500
Number total of Female students: F=150+100+110+175→F=535
Number total of students: T=M+F=500+535→T=1,035

Probability of select a female: P(F)=F/T
P(F)=535/1,035
P(F)=107/207
P(F)=0.516908213
P(F)=0.5169
P(F)=0.5169*100%
P(F)=51.69%

Answer: The odds in favor of selecting a female are 0.5169 or 51.69%

What are 3 numbers whose product is about 9,000
Mice21 [21]
There are an infinite number of 3 number sets that will equal 9000, unless your looking for whole numbers.

If you want to find a set of whole numbers, first break 9000 into its factors:

5 * 5 * 5 * 3 * 3 * 2 * 2 * 2 = 9000

Now to find a set of 3 numbers, just combine some of the factors.
For example:

(5 * 5 * 5) * (3 * 3) * (2 * 2 * 2) = 9000
125 * 9 * 8 = 9000
