Answer:

20/100 = 1/5

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to find a fraction, you must find the gradient of the line, so (mx + c= gradient)

The line is 20 units high and so where the line starts and stops subtracted from each other which equals 20 and the line is 100 units long and to get gradient, you find the rise over the run which equals 20/100 thus 1/5

Well, the decrease was 130 - 39, that is 91

so... if 130 is the 100%, what is 91 of that in percentage?
well   \bf \begin{array}{ccllll}

Step-by-step explanation:

Dexter's earnings can be found using the proportion ...

Melody stated that the sum of a positive and a negative integer equals a negative integer or 0.
erik [133]
(a) I'd say sometimes true. 3 + -7= -4 , -5 + 3= -2 , 8+-5=3, 7+-7=0

(b)  I'm not too sure about this one but I what i know is that if the positive number is higher than the negative number it will be a positive. If you are adding both a negative number and a positive number that is the same value it will be 0. And if you are adding a negative that is higher than the positive it will be a negative number.

I hope this helped a bit.. (:
