Answer:

The answer to the question: What were the effects of Chernobyl?, would be: disastrous, long-term radiation exposure on both humans and animals, as well as plant-life, to radioactive isotopes, with the generation of diseases, such as thyroid cancer, in several human beings who were exposed, as well as the direct death of 31 people whithin the first few weeks of the incident.

Explanation:

Chernobyl is the only, and most disastrous, human-caused nuclear incident in the entire history of human kind. It took place in 1986, when the nuclear reactor of the Chernobyl plant failed and all its nuclear istotopes issued forth into the atmosphere, affecting everything around it: Humans, animals and plants. The effects of Chernobyl are still being seen today, but probably the best known would be: the direct death of 31 people, without counting the ones who died immediately, the appearance of cases of thyroid cancer on people who were not directly exposed to the initial blast, but that still had the effects, and the destruction of animal and plant life that can still be seen today, after more than 3 decades.

Ou are providing bag-mask ventilations to a patient in respiratory arrest. how often should you provide ventilations?
SIZIF [17.4K]

About every 5-6 seconds the patient should be provided ventilations during a respiratory arrest.

A condition known as respiratory arrest is brought on by apnea (cease of breathing) or respiratory malfunction that is so severe that the body cannot support it (such as agonal breathing). A patient with prolonged apnea has ceased breathing for an extended length of time. Respiratory arrest is the term used to describe the circumstance if the heart muscle contraction is unharmed. A sudden halt in pulmonary gas exchange that lasts more than five minutes may irreversibly harm important organs, most notably the brain. Loss of consciousness results from a lack of oxygen to the brain. If respiratory arrest remains untreated for more than three minutes, brain damage is likely, and if it goes untreated for longer than five minutes, death is almost certain.

Explanation:

The non-recognition of the young Republic of Texas by other countries was certainly one in a series of problems in the new state. The list of problems is certainly much bigger. Texas found itself in financial problems by leaving Mexico's framework, and the state coffers were empty. The non-existence of an education system was also a problem. Texas had previously been involved in a school system run by the Church of Mexico. Texas leaders could not decide where to station the new state's capital, and the citizens insisted that it be a safe and reliable place. These are all problems that the young state was facing.
