The equation of a circle is:

(x - xc) {}^{2} + (y - yc) {}^{2} = r {}^{2}

Where (xc,yc) are the coordinates of the center.
Center (5, -5)
Radius = 3
(x-5)²+(y+5)²=3²
x²-10x+25+y²+10y+25=9
x²+y²-10x+10y+41=0
