I think it is D) all of the above because physical and social help you make friends who can help you get over stress. Having a high esteem like B is very helpful too since you can be happier and not stress over little things.
I would say D) All of the above. Metal and emotional health is what's going on inside of you. Your brain. Stress is an inside thing. Something that our minds have to deal with. BUT, it's also a physical thing. What goes on in our minds can affect what we do outwardly. If we are sressed and have a lot of pressure, sometimes we don't make the best choices for our bodies. Social health to because our actions and emotions can affect other people. We can make decisions that affect them as well as us. So the answer is D) All the above. ~Silver
