It can be from Chlorine and Bromine. These two chemicals created are highly popular and deplete the ozone layer at an uncomfortable. This is also known as ODS. (ozone-depleting substances) Basically all that happens is these chemicals strip atoms apart. Thus depleting the ozone layer.
