Answer:

If you are in the United States, this action would be an unconstitutional violation of your civil liberties since 1791, the year when the Constitution of the United States was amended for the first time to include First Amendment, that guarantes the individual freedom of speech and prohibits the government from violating that individual freedom.

Criticizing the government is a form of freedom of speech, and it is one of the differences between a constitutional republic like the United States, and a dictatorship like Hitler's Germany or modern-day North Korea.

The government does not have the right to arrest anyone for expressing criticisms or views against it, and in fact, as the government serves the people, if the majority of people are against it, it should be removed from office.

What you have learned so far about federalism and how elections work ?
Slav-nsk [51]

Answer:

Federalism refers to a system of government that divides power between member units and a common governing authority; the term can also be used to refer to the theory of or advocacy for this form of government. In the United States, the federal government is the common governing body to which the individual state governments belong.

The term federalist can be used to describe an advocate of a federal form of government. When capitalized, Federalism may refer to support for the historical Federalist Party (one of the two earliest American political parties) and its principles; supporters of this party were called Federalists.

Which precedent was established as a result of the John Peter Zenger case (1735)?
Mashcka [7]
The appropriate response is the freedom of press. In effectively protecting Zenger in this milestone case, Hamilton set up the point of reference that an announcement, regardless of whether defamatory, isn't derogatory in the event that it can be demonstrated, subsequently certifying opportunity of the press in America.
