The protagonist and narrator of the novel. Huck is the thirteen-year-old son of the local drunk of St. Petersburg, Missouri, a town on the Mississippi River. Frequently forced to survive on his own wits and always a bit of an outcast, Huck is thoughtful, intelligent (though formally uneducated), and willing to come to his own conclusions about important matters, even if these conclusions contradict society’s norms. Nevertheless, Huck is still a boy, and is influenced by others, particularly by his imaginative friend, Tom. Sleeping on doorsteps when the weather is fair, in empty hogsheads during storms, and living off of what he receives from others, Huck lives the life of a destitute vagabond. He wears the clothes of full-grown men which he probably received as charity, and as Twain describes him, "he was fluttering with rags." Aunt Polly describes him as a "poor, motherless thing".

Define the term "change" and state one negative changes you may encounter as a student or as an employee in the future
yanalaym [24]

By definition, the term change means a process by which something or an aspect of that process has undergone some kind of transformation or is different compared to the past.

One negative change someone may encounter as a student is that this student may be used to a specific teacher, his or her teaching techniques, way of testing, etc and one day without notice the school principal changes this teacher for one that would not produce the same impact or result on this student. This change will affect negatively on the student´s performance.

Why does Dill pause "as if trying to remember" what his father looks like? What does Scout seem to think of Dill's descriptions
navik [9.2K]

Answer:

Jem and Scout as of now understand that Dill will in general misrepresent a piece when he recounts his life in Meridian, Mississippi. They're never certain which stories are valid and which are definitely not. while the kids are attempting to figure one more route for Boo Radley to turn out away from any detectable hindrance, Dill makes reference to that he trusts Boo must have a major, long whiskers. Scout demurely reacts, "Similar to your daddy's?" Dill answers that his dad doesn't have a facial hair, however then understands that he may have prior told Jem and Scout an alternate story previously.

Scout had gotten him in a falsehood, however Dill basically clarified that his daddy had shaved it off the past summer.

Paragraph on your hobby 100-150 words (something that isn't sports please)
Genrish500 [490]
I love to paint. It is my hobby. I paint with water colours. I like to paint beautiful landscapes. When we go on holidays to different places like hill stations, desert areas, river banks or the countryside, I always take my art material with me. I like to sit and paint a scenery as I watch it. The painting then is very vivid and comes alive. I find my hobby refreshing to me. I keep all my paintings carefully. I have participated in different art exhibitions and painting competitions at school and at state level events, and won prizes too.
