The correct answer is Non-Linear.

Reason: The graph is starting from 0 and if you observe closely the graph is not a straight line. Most probably the graph belongs to a square root function which is a non-linear function.

The Non function or relation is not correct answer as the graph is not crossing the same value of x more than once.

Hence the graph does belong to a function and that function is Non-Linear
