Supportive would be something positive. With that in mind, I would say,

1. Samara receives positive responses to participate in developing the park
2. Wanda and other librarians help Samara with her presentation for the zoning board.

Because in both options, she receives help and positive support from those in her community by them giving positive responses, and help for her presentation.

Hope this helps!!

Tom [10]

Muscles in legs

There are three muscles in the human legs. The hamstrings are three muscles which are located at the back of the thigh that affect knee and hip movement. They start under the gluteus maximus behind the hip bone and then attach to the tibia bone at the knee. These are biceps femoris which is the long muscle in the body that flexes the knee.

Ymorist [56]
I believe that you shouldn't use low intensity (light weights) if you want to build muscle mass.
These types of weights won't help you much define the muscles you want to have, as opposed to free weights, weight machines, and high intensity (heavy weights) which definitely will. So if your goal is to build muscle mass, avoid light weights.
