This passage from chapter 1 of Animal Farm tells us about the cat that she is unconcerned.

<u>The correct answer is the last one. </u>

Although Major is giving the speech, she continues with her usual routine, looking for the warmest place where to lay, she purrs contentedly "<em>without listening to a word of what he was saying</em>".

This shows the reader the cat really doesn't care much about anything that is happening around her, she just wants to find the best place where to lay down.

This excerpt tells us that the cat is unconcerned about Major's speech. It is evident in this statement:
